Dokumen ini merupakan panduan komprehensif pengembangan teknisi Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (E&I) yang mencakup roadmap kompetensi tiga level (Junior–Intermediate–Senior), kerangka evaluasi berbasis A/W/I/E, serta acuan standar internasional yang relevan untuk industri petrokimia.

Tujuan utama panduan ini adalah membangun sistem pengembangan teknisi E&I yang terstruktur, objektif, dan berbasis risiko, sesuai dengan karakteristik plant petrokimia yang kompleks, berenergi tinggi, dan bersifat safety-critical.

Pendekatan ini dirancang untuk memastikan bahwa:

  • Kompetensi berkembang secara sistematis dan terukur
  • Praktik kerja selaras dengan standar internasional seperti IEEE, NFPA, International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), serta prinsip functional safety dan praktik API
